Meet Ashlee
Ashlee Barnes is a seasoned makeup artist who has been working in film and television for almost a decade. A Southern California native, Ashlee takes a simple approach to makeup and favors a fresh, natural look. "Natural doesn't need to be bland or boring. It's all about enhancing each woman's unique features to give her a beautiful all-over look."
Ashlee is now sharing her philosophy with millions as she appears as the beauty expert on two new shows on TLC. "Real Simple, Real Life" is a lifestyle show based on the popular magazine Real Simple. Ashlee has joined a team of experts and will share her no-nonsense tricks and techniques in all things beauty. On "The New Dating Story," Ashlee joins fashion expert Robbie Laughlin to help a variety of ladies prepare to get back into the dating world, offering simple ideas and tips to make each woman feel her absolute best.
In Los Angeles, Ashlee also works as a personal makeup consultant, helping women from all walks of life find their own personal style, simplify their regimen and bring out their inner beauty.
